CANCELLATION POLICY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At ANTIQUOESTE, we are concerned with offering the best possible shopping experience on our website, providing a Cancellation, Exchange and Returns Policy that guarantees your consumer rights.

The purchase of products in our Online Store is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Any and all items available for sale in the ANTIQUOESTE Online Store may only be purchased by persons of legal age in their country of residence.
All prices shown on the ANTIQUOESTE Online Store may be changed without prior notice and are always subject to a stock break.
Under current Portuguese legislation, ANTIQUOESTE is required to add VAT at the legal rate of 23% for all products. The prices shown in the Garrafeira Antiga Online Store always include VAT. The VAT amount may be deducted for public or private companies with legal registration in a European Union country.
If ANTIQUOESTE is unable to supply part or all of an order for immediate dispatch, the customer will be contacted in order to decide on the most appropriate procedure to resolve the situation.
All orders placed through the ANTIQUOESTE Online Store, and whose payment is not settled within a maximum period of 3 days, will be cancelled.
Payment methods can be made by:
Bank transfer;
Cash (directly at the Store);
ATM (directly at the Store).
All products sent by ANTIQUOESTE must be examined by the customer immediately upon receipt. If any imperfection or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately notify ANTIQUOESTE, to the email: antiquoeste@gmail.com or to contact: 917368374.
ANTIQUOESTE recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return within 14 days the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/ 2008 of 05/20. However, upon return, the product must remain intact, in perfect condition, complete and properly packed, as per the delivery package; otherwise the refund is void. You must always send the invoice together with the items.
ANTIQUOESTE is only responsible for return and reshipment costs if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order or if it has been damaged during transport.
When requesting the collection of the items to be returned, the customer must send, to the email antiquoeste@gmail.com, a photograph to check their condition, or by whatsapp to contact 917368371.
